Our rolls are always “on the run”
Deep hardened matched steel embossing rolls with at least 4 mm effective
hardening depth and up to 63 HRC. First female roll is engraved with state-ofthe
art engraving technology, then male roll is coupled perfectly obtaining
excellent embossing phase between rolls. Additionally surface treatments and
special grinding process finish our production work.
